We didn't have co-op today, even though it was Monday, but we had the opportunity to travel to a friend's birthday party in a neighboring town. She had a swim party, which all of the kids loved--even though they had a lot of strict lifeguards. The Boy went up and down the kid waterslide, over and over, and everytime he came down he said, "That was fun!" He finally did get tired, but it took a LONG while.
The excitement of the afternoon actually came before the party, when on the way in the van, Domestic Goddess was twirling a comb around in her hair--and got it STUCK! Cupcake crawled to the back seat to try to help unentangle her, but to no avail. We spent the first 10-15 minutes trying to unsuccessfully pull the comb out of her hair. I ended up yanking out her hair, and gave myself a cut on my finger in the process. It is a good thing she has so much hair, because of the amount of hair that came out
Oh My Gosh!!! That makes my head hurt.
